Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert recruitment consultation and coaching to line management, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and community outreach platforms to source top talent.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to develop strategic support for regions facing recruitment challenges.

In order to excel in this role, you will require:

Key Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment role, managing multiple requisitions and clients, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong background in high-volume recruitment, with experience managing multiple portfolios and a solid understanding of behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.

  • An estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
