Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at FFLECS Restaurant Management Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs, ensuring optimal profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Evaluate daily operations, modify food preparation methods and menu prices as needed, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate with suppliers and clients, and lead sales efforts to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide exceptional service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
