Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management

Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring that we operate within our financial constraints.

Operational Efficiency

Evaluate and optimize our daily operations to ensure that we are running smoothly and efficiently, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Menu Planning and Pricing

Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to ensure that they align with our restaurant's budget and target market.

Labor Management

Monitor revenues and determine labor costs, ensuring that we are staffing our restaurant effectively and efficiently.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we maintain a positive reputation and build customer loyalty.

Marketing and Promotion

Participate in marketing plans and implementation, ensuring that we are promoting our restaurant effectively and attracting new customers.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
