  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Support for Diverse Groups:
  • Physical Accessibility: Ensure physical accessibility accommodations are in place for customers with disabilities.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma.
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position.
  • 35-40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
