About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at FFLECS Restaurant Management Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management

Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.

Operational Planning and Execution

Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Customer Service

Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, address complaints or concerns, and provide a positive dining experience.

Marketing and Promotion

Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including social media and advertising campaigns.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

35 to 40 hours per week.
