Benefits Consultant

As a key member of our dedicated team, you will provide expert consulting services to medium and large clients, managing projects and collaborating with colleagues to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the design and management of group medical, dental, life, disability, and special risk benefits for clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to support client retention and identify group insurance risks.
- Recommend appropriate plan design and cost mitigation strategies to minimize client risk and exposure.
- Manage the transition of benefits to new carriers, ensuring a smooth process and minimizing client risk.
- Develop annual client plans to ensure clients receive value-added service and align with client goals and objectives.
- Mentor analysts and technical staff, and peer review work to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support new business initiatives and represent People Corporation in the market as a successful brand ambassador.
- Maintain expert knowledge of People Corporation products and services, and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- 5+ years' progressive experience in group benefits in a client-facing or consulting capacity.
- Superior analytical and mathematical skills, strategic planning, communication, and listening skills.
- Completion of or ability to complete the Life License Qualification Program within 90 days of joining.
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle.
