Job Title: Associate Consultant

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert consulting services to medium and large clients, managing projects and collaborating with colleagues to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the overall design and management of group medical, dental, life, disability, and special risk benefits for clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support client retention and identify group insurance risks.
  • Be accountable for the smooth transition of benefits to new carriers, ensuring client risk and exposure are mitigated.
  • Manage the quality and timeliness of client deliverables and develop annual client plans to ensure value-added service.
  • Mentor analysts/technical staff and peer review work, assisting on specific projects and initiatives.
  • Support new business/sales initiatives and represent People Corporation in the market as a successful brand ambassador.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' progressive experience in group benefits in a client-facing or consulting capacity.
  • Superior analytical and mathematical skills, strategic planning, communication, and listening skills.
  • Completion of or the ability to complete the Life License Qualification Program within 90 days of joining.
  • Valid Driver's License and Vehicle.
