Benefits Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Consultant to join our team at People Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert consulting services to our clients, managing projects and delivering impactful solutions to meet their complex benefits challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the overall design and management of group medical, dental, life, disability, and special risk benefits for clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to support client retention and identify client group insurance risks.
- Be accountable for the smooth transition of benefits to new carriers, ensuring client risk and exposure is mitigated.
- Manage the quality and timeliness of client deliverables and develop annual client plans to ensure clients receive value-added service.
- Mentor analysts/technical staff and peer review work, as well as assist on specific projects, initiatives, and research.
- 5+ years' progressive experience in group benefits in a client-facing or consulting capacity.
- Superior analytical and mathematical skills, strategic planning, communication, and listening skills.
- Completion of or the ability to complete the Life License Qualification Program within 90 days of joining.
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle.
