Benefits Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Consultant to join our team at People Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will provide consulting services to medium and large clients, managing projects and collaborating with colleagues to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the design and management of group medical, dental, life, disability, and special risk benefits for clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to support client retention and identify group insurance risks.
- Manage the transition of benefits to new carriers, ensuring client risk and exposure are mitigated.
- Develop annual client plans to ensure clients receive value-added service and align with client goals.
- Mentor analysts and peer review work.
- Support new business initiatives and represent People Corporation in the market.
- 5+ years' experience in group benefits in a client-facing or consulting capacity.
- Superior analytical and mathematical skills, strategic planning, communication, and listening skills.
- Completion of or ability to complete the Life License Qualification Program.
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle.
