Benefits Consultant

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert consulting services to medium and large clients, managing projects and collaborating with colleagues to deliver impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the overall design and management of group medical, dental, life, disability, and special risk benefits for clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to support client retention and identify client group insurance risks.
- Recommend appropriate plan design and cost mitigation strategies.
- Manage the smooth transition of benefits to new carriers, ensuring client risk and exposure is mitigated.
- Develop annual client plans to ensure clients receive value-added service and align with client goals and objectives.
- Mentor analysts/technical staff and peer review work.
- Assist on specific projects, initiatives, and research.
- Support new business/sales initiatives.
- 5+ years' progressive experience in group benefits in a client-facing or consulting capacity.
- Superior analytical and mathematical skills, strategic planning, communication, and listening skills.
- Completion of or the ability to complete the Life License Qualification Program within 90 days of joining.
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle.
