Overview: As a Fleet Mechanic at UniFirst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our fleet vehicles. We are seeking a skilled professional to perform corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance on our vehicles.

Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including tire and wheel, air and hydraulic brakes, drivetrain, computerized diagnostics, suspension, electrical, and A/C repairs.
• Ensure all vehicles meet company appearance requirements and are properly licensed and permitted.
• Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools, adhering to OSHA standards.
• Manage parts purchasing and inventory, monitoring for best pricing and quality.
• Oversee the warranty and recall/campaign program.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair, including preventative maintenance, tire and wheel, air and hydraulic brakes, drivetrain, computerized diagnostics, suspension, electrical, and A/C.
• Proven computer skills and ability to use diagnostic software.
• Diploma and/or certificate from an accredited technical school and equivalent experience preferred.
