Diesel Service Technician
At Tirecraft, we're seeking a skilled Diesel Service Technician to join our team of fleet mechanics. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our customer fleet of diesel vehicles, ensuring they operate at optimal performance levels.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose diesel systems, including fuel, brakes, steering, and suspension.
- Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components using hand tools and specialized automotive repair equipment.
- Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes and lubrications.
- Advise customers and/or Service Advisor on work performed and future repair requirements.
Qualifications
- Diesel Service Technician Apprenticeship Certificate or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate drivability diagnostics and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean abstract.
- Strong Communication Skills.
