As a Workshop Supervisor - Fleet Transformation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and cost-effective running of our workshops, minimizing lost unit hours due to vehicle failure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of Workshop Technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safe working practices.
  • Monitor and develop new working practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of working resources.
  • Collaborate with the Fleet Department to ensure seamless integration of vehicle design, testing, and evaluation with workshop operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transport and/or general management, with a focus on fleet transformation.
  • Ability to plan and manage demanding workloads with competing priorities.
  • Experience of business and/or fleet transformation, with a focus on improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Working for EEAST:

The Fleet Department is responsible for the design, testing, and evaluation of operational vehicles, their procurement and issue to A&E Operations, the in-life compliance, service planning, and up-time management (operational life) of the vehicle, and the final decommissioning and disposal at the end of their life.
