About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead our Transportation Group in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of municipal planning and design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams for preliminary and detail design road and bridge projects for municipal clients.
  • Manage all aspects of project management, including budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to intermediate and junior staff.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to produce high-quality project deliverables.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for relevant clients.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Ontario Professional Engineer designation required (or eligible).
  • 20+ years' experience in design and engineering of transportation infrastructure projects, including project management experience.
  • Experience working with municipal transportation clients within the Greater Toronto Area.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven track record of developing, mentoring, and leading professional technical staff.
