Job Title: Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Arbutus West Enterprises Ltd o/a Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the food services department, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff to provide prompt and friendly service.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including menu promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food services staff.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food services management.
  • Language: English.
