Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Call Center Guys. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and electronic enquiries, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries and respond to emails
  • Compile data, statistics and other information for reports and presentations
  • Oversee the preparation of reports, documents and other materials
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Provide customer service and support to internal and external clients

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
