IT Application and Project Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for IT and project management? We are seeking an IT Application and Project Coordinator to join our team at TotalEnergies Marketing Deutschland GmbH in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and evaluate business requirements, proposing solutions and scenarios aligned with TotalEnergies' IT strategy.
  • Implement IT projects from kick-off to go-live, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of IT projects and application operations.
  • Manage supplier contracts and SLAs, ensuring compliance with IT security guidelines.
  • Act as a local contact for centrally managed applications, collaborating with international teams.
Requirements:
  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional experience in the IT or digital sector.
  • Knowledge of project and change management methods.
  • Business fluency in German and English.
  • Strong teamwork, customer orientation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
