Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Khatrao Enterprises Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to drive business growth.
- Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve team goals.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform business decisions.
- Advise senior management on strategic business matters.
- Manage contracts to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Organize and direct committees and working groups to plan, manage, or evaluate projects and programs.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
