About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Client Relationship Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Financial Services - Provide expert advice on financial products and services, including cash management, credit, and investment solutions.
  • Community Engagement - Participate in local community events, build relationships with business leaders, and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Professional Designation - Hold a professional designation such as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
  • Communication Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen - Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and market trends.
  • Adaptability - Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
