Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Profit Centre operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets
- Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results
- Analyze financial reports and market trends to inform business decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- College and/or University degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale distribution or a related field
- Proven track record of sales growth and profit improvement
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the construction industry and plumbing products
- Experience with sales and marketing strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
