Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Profit Centre operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results
  • Analyze financial reports and market trends to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • College and/or University degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale distribution or a related field
  • Proven track record of sales growth and profit improvement
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and plumbing products
  • Experience with sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
