Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and development objectives.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies and plans.
  • Provide business development and sales coaching to internal teams to drive business growth and development.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the project management, design and construction, or real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively influence and persuade management, colleagues, and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
