Job Summary

BQ International Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Agile DevOps Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in developing and implementing processes for Scrum meetings and sprints, coaching team members in Agile methodology, and acting as Scrum Master for two cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Development: Assist in developing processes for Scrum meetings and sprints, and help define and implement guidelines for Agile methodology.
  • Team Coaching: Coach team members in Agile principles, methods, and ensure consistency of Scrum practices for assigned team(s).
  • Scrum Master: Act as Scrum Master for two cross-functional teams of 6-8 members per team, ensuring Scrum principles are understood and adhered to.
  • Project Support: Provide support for HR and Finance System Project, testing and customization, and work in the MS Product: Azure Software.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis or a related discipline, and minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Agile Project Management Certification: Agile Project Management Certification (PMI ACP) is an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal, written and group presentation skills) with ability to communicate issues and solutions in a clear, concise and understandable manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Ability to conduct and facilitate meetings, work independently as well as a team player, and knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts.
Qualifications
  • Leadership and Coaching: Demonstrates leadership, coaches and mentors peers, provides technical guidance and expertise.
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
