In this role, you will spearhead the creation of groundbreaking solutions, seamlessly integrating with ArcGIS Enterprise, while collaborating with a vibrant team.

Work Arrangement: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model, with the option to work onsite up to three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance the client application for both online and offline functionalities.
  • Integrate the application with ArcGIS Enterprise for efficient data management.
  • Implement new features and enhancements based on user feedback.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to the development team.
  • Ensure high standards of code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, data engineers, and project managers.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to address any issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to design, usage, and technical specifications.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and sprint planning.
  • Stay updated on trends in mobile development and GIS technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with Esri ArcGIS products and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years in mobile application development, particularly in GIS.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in ArcGIS Online, Enterprise, and Pro.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and ArcGIS APIs/SDKs.
  • Experience with web services (REST, JSON, SOAP).
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of IT security protocols (OAuth 2, SAML).
  • Familiarity with Python, R, cloud solutions, and UI/UX best practices is a plus.

Employment Details:

  • Salary: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
  • Benefits: 37.5 hours per week, full-time contract, hybrid work model
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Contract Duration: 12 months with potential for extension and opportunities for career advancement.
