Hotel Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

CMI Concierge & Security Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Front Desk Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the front desk team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Manage Guest Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Mentor and train front desk staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of guest interactions, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
