Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

CMI Concierge & Security Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal guest service delivery.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure they are equipped to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on guest feedback, staff performance, and operational metrics to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist with the recruitment and training of new staff members to ensure they are equipped to meet the needs of our guests.
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
