Overview of Space Executive:
We are a leading provider of FX payments solutions. Our team is looking for an experienced Executive Growth Manager to drive business growth and development.
The role can be based remotely in Canada, offering a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching new business prospects to expand our B2B division.
- Influencing clients at various levels, from startups to large corporations, to secure profitable trading relationships.
- Consulting with clients on their currency requirements, risk profiles, and payment solutions to progress towards sustainable relationships.
- Analyzing market trends and attending events to stay ahead of the competition.
- Managing the sales cycle, including onboarding new clients before handing over responsibility to the client account management team.
Requirements:
- Financial acumen and experience in new business sales, consistently achieving targets in a dynamic environment.
- Proven expertise in consultative selling, customer acquisition strategies, and networking events.
- Adept at executive-level negotiations and building long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with Foreign Exchange knowledge and Salesforce experience required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment, making quick decisions and managing timelines.
- Experience working towards key performance indicators and individual targets to achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual goals.
