We're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

This role requires a proactive and organized individual who excels in customer success, operational excellence, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective account management and sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term growth and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
• 2-3+ years of experience in a sales, account management or customer success role, ideally selling services.
• Proven experience in an inside sales role making 250+ cold calls per week.
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM, data and task management. Salesforce experience is a plus.
