Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Korea Goods Trading (KGT). As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Perform data entry, typing, and proofreading tasks with high accuracy.
  • Assist with payroll administration, including processing invoices and preparing reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
