We're seeking a highly skilled Transformational Customer Experience Expert to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and executing AI-powered customer experience and CPQ strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead strategic consulting engagements with customers to define CX and CPQ objectives and business requirements.
- Ensure seamless CPQ integration within Salesforce by defining system requirements.
- Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities within customer processes.
- Experience managing 3+ full-lifecycle CPQ projects.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Velocity CPQ, or Oracle CPQ.
- Experience leveraging Generative AI for business process automation.
- Willingness to travel for up to 50% of work hours.
