**Business Development Executive**
Role and Responsibilities
- Generate new business for the salesforce practice.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels.
- Collaborate with the technical team and Salesforce consultants to design tailored solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients, outlining the scope of services and associated costs.
- Continuously work towards meeting and exceeding targets and business development goals.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Should have experience of 1-3 years.
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience will be an advantage
- Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Representative, or similar role in the IT industry, preferably with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services, with relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) being a plus.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to learn and articulate technical service models and engage in a conversation with prospects
