About Shifa Medical Clinic

We are a reputable medical clinic seeking a skilled and organized Healthcare Administrative Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have experience in a medical office setting and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Manage incoming mail, electronic correspondence, and other materials
  • Schedule appointments and confirm patient information
  • Prepare insurance claims and other documents
  • Maintain filing systems and inventory levels
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Enter and format medical reports and correspondence
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g., business administration)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
