Job Description

The successful candidate will provide administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment, ensuring seamless communication with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.

  • Greet patients and direct them to relevant service areas or contacts.
  • Provide accurate and concise information to clients and the public.
  • Obtain and process necessary information for customer service purposes.
  • Operate switchboards or telephone systems to manage incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Record and relay important information as required.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Calculate billing charges accurately and efficiently.
  • Offer directory assistance and emergency services when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications.
Working Conditions
