Job Title: Call Centre Manager

Express Repair Inc is seeking a highly skilled Call Centre Manager to lead our customer service team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 staff, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement service quality assessment strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Lead and instruct groups, providing training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on education and training.
