About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Harvest Dartmouth Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
