We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant and catering company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team.

Job Summary

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
    • Plan and execute menu items, including preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management
    • Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and cooking.
    • Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food served meets our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets our standards.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Source high-quality ingredients and supplies from reputable vendors.
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that our kitchen meets all health and safety regulations and standards.
    • Implement and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for our staff.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role

    • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
    • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

    • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
    • Clean kitchen and work areas
