About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Milestones Grill & Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and ensure that we have the resources needed to meet our culinary goals.
  • Quality Control: Inspect our kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Customer Service: Work closely with our servers and bartenders to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
