Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 41 Park Avenue East Holdings Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 1-20 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement effective operational procedures, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, address complaints, and provide exceptional service to drive customer loyalty.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans, implement sales strategies, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete financial reports, and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
