Human Resources Leader

Eagle Dallas seeks a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead its HR department. As Director of HR and Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
- Lead employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
- Advise managers on employment law compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and time-off administration.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
