Senior Sales Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Leader to lead our brokerage services in Saskatoon.

About the Role:

  • Drive business growth and increase market share in the region through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans with clearly stated and measurable goals.
  • Motivate sales professionals to achieve office and individual business goals, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and business expansion across other service lines.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to think creatively and develop new solutions.
  • Actively participate in local and national industry events to establish and maintain key relationships and promote the Colliers brand.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a real estate leader or related experience within a sales or real estate organization with significant exposure to commercial real estate brokers.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and increasing market share.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, real estate, or a related discipline.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
