About the Role
The Sales Consultant at Trail Appliances Ltd. will be responsible for handling all customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy. Their goal is to identify and fulfill customers' appliance and product needs, while maintaining a high level of ongoing customer prospecting and achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales goals through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Establish an ongoing prospecting system.
- Process orders, handle customer payments, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including product ordering, stocking, and organization.
- Supply product specifications to trades involved in customer projects.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork.
- Basic computer skills.
Compensation
As a commissioned Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income, with an average earning potential of $60,000 to $90,000. Top performers can earn $150,000+.
