The prideHealth Navigator will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, community groups, and stakeholders to develop and implement programs and services that support the health and well-being of 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals.

About the Role

The prideHealth Navigator will be responsible for:

  • Providing guidance and support to 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals in accessing healthcare services and resources
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers, community groups, and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement culturally sensitive care plans
  • Providing education and training to healthcare providers on 2SLGBTQIA+ health issues and best practices
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance healthcare services for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals
About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who possesses:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
  • Registration with a relevant professional regulatory association (if applicable)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, including clinical practice and community-based work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of 2SLGBTQIA+ health issues and best practices
