Global Marketing Account Manager

We are Indicia Worldwide, a global data and technology led marketing agency working with some of the world's biggest brands.
As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for developing strategies and ensuring seamless campaign delivery to assigned clients. Your primary focus will be on supporting client growth initiatives and driving continuous improvement in day-to-day client relationships.
The role requires prior knowledge and experience in print production/POSM, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders across various cultures and backgrounds.
- Key Responsibilities:
Support assigned projects by interacting with clients, taking ownership of understanding their business needs, and identifying key challenges.
Maintain regular contact with key clients to build awareness of delivery status and account updates.
Proactively manage client expectations through regular activity updates, advice, and recommendations to enhance delivery performance.
Participate in client meetings to contribute to the evolution of their marketing strategy and requirements.
Provide input into potential opportunities and interactions with Business Directors regarding growth areas across Indicia Worldwide services lines.
Identify and share new client stakeholders that could link to growth.
Support line managers in discussions with clients about brief requirements and contribute insights and knowledge to help define client needs.
Support the development of monthly reviews of financials and projects delivered, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and progress against reciprocal KPIs.
Understand why savings are up/down and proactively collaborate with stakeholders to improve performance and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Support conversations on assigned projects to find mutually beneficial outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
Background in Production Management, ideally 4+ years of experience, preferably with Account Management experience.
Demonstrated exposure to multicultural and international environments and ability to liaise with stakeholders from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
High level of proficiency in French and English language is mandatory, with ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
Relevant experience across multiple industry categories would be beneficial, such as Media, Retail, Digital, Healthcare, Automotive, Banking, Pharma, FMCG, Beverage, etc.
Detailed technical knowledge and experience of the print management process, including 2D and 3D production.
Good understanding of entire end-to-end marketing process, from client strategic requirement to cross-channel delivery.
Able to create vendor briefs and client presentations.
