Job Summary

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to join our Global Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement, leads, and conversions across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a content strategy that aligns with our global marketing goals and objectives.
  • Develop a full-year editorial calendar that supports our marketing campaigns and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with agency partners, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Optimize and repurpose existing content to meet SEO best practices.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to measure the impact of content strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Create content that generates leads across various channels and formats.
  • Conduct research and interviews with subject matter experts to brainstorm topics and establish key messages.
  • Review content performance and transform data into actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in B2B content marketing and suggest innovative ways to communicate with our audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of proven work experience in writing, copy editing, and proofreading, creating and adapting B2B digital and print content.
  • Portfolio of published work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, full English and French proficiency.
