Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our Commercial Banking team in London, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service and support to our Senior Client Relationship Managers, ensuring seamless onboarding and servicing of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Senior Client Relationship Managers, including coordinating client onboarding, servicing, and credit-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, such as the Business Service Center, Enhanced Due Diligence Unit, and Credit Analysts, to ensure timely and accurate completion of client requests.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues and provide status updates on client requests.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction metrics, and implement changes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • College or university degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, internal partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of commercial banking products and services, as well as onboarding, know your customer, and anti-money laundering processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
