Job Overview:The Total Rewards Strategist oversees the alignment of Compensation, Benefit and Pension plans with the Holt Renfrew Employee Value Proposition. This role follows the competitive business landscape as it relates to Total Rewards and provincial and federal government legislation impacting rewards at Holt Renfrew.
- Ensure solutions consider the impact on longer-term business strategy and market developments
- Presentation of findings and recommendations in a compelling way at an executive level
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of post-university work experience, including a minimum of 3+ years leading a business unit or enterprise-wide strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:The successful candidate must have demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to get things done. Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who is able to act as both a leader and an individual contributor as required.
Salary:An estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000, based on industry standards.
