Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at AMI TEA SAINT JOHN. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant budget.
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to ensure profitability.
- Supervise staff and provide training to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and inventory management.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College/CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Safe Food Handling and Food Safety Certificates.
- MS Office skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
