We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fall Admissions Associate at Canada's Wonderland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all who visit our park.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process ticket sales, upgrades, parking, and season pass transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide park information and answer guest inquiries in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Verify the authenticity of tickets and scan bar-coded admissions tickets, ensuring accurate entry stamps.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Enjoy FREE admission to Canada's Wonderland and other Cedar Fair parks.
- Earn promotional tickets for friends and family.
- Receive a 20% discount on merchandise and food at select locations.
- Take advantage of FREE and/or discounted admission to many Ontario attractions.
