Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and dispatch emergency calls by radio and telephone.
  • Transfer information to the appropriate person in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of emergency calls.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Individuals enrolled or graduated from an Emergency Telecommunications/911 communications program or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience with multi-line phone systems an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
