Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, provide park information, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ticket Sales and Transactions: Process ticket sales, upgrades, parking, and season pass transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Admissions Processing: Verify authenticity of tickets, scan bar-coded admissions tickets, and place entry stamps.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work up to 32 hours per week, including Thursday and Friday evenings, and Saturday and Sunday.
  • Age: Must be at least 15 years old.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
