Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process ticket sales, upgrades, parking, and season pass transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide park information and directions to guests, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our park's amenities and attractions.
  • Verify the authenticity of tickets and scan bar-coded admissions tickets, ensuring accurate entry stamps.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
